Evaluation of Preemergence Herbicides in PPO-resistant Palmer amaranth

Preemergence herbicide options for control of PPO-resistant Palmer amaranth in non-crop trials.  Treatment list includes cotton herbicides to evaluate weed control for PPO-resistant Palmer amaranth in cotton production for East Arkansas.  Trials were conducted in Crawfordsville and Marion, AR in 2016 and 2017.  Visual control ratings and weed density ratings were recorded weekly to evaluate length and quality of control.
