Effect of Seed Cotton Cleaner Speeds on Machine Performance: 2ND Year

Cylinder cleaner and stick machine saw speeds were varied while ginning several cultivars of cotton. Foreign matter removal and fiber loss from the seed cotton cleaners were determined. Fiber quality was measured using HVI and AFIS. This paper reports results from the second year of this study.
