We will present  significant new updates to CottonGen, the communtity supported database resource for genomics, genetics and breeding research in cotton. New functionality includes a more comprehensive breeders toolbox with associated data and tools for querying, visualizing and downloading performance data for thousands of accessions. Included will be tools to collect phenotype data on handheld devices and creation of private breeding data within CottonGen.
