Evaluating Solid and Liquid Nitrogen Sources for Sidedressing Georgia Cotton

Replicated small plot field trials were conducted in 2013 and 2104 to evaluate both solid and liquid sidedress nitrogen fertilizers for cotton. Up to ten different nitrogen fertilizers were used including ammonium nitrate and urea solids and liquid UAN sources. Two or three different location in Georgia were used each year under irrigated and dryland conditions. All plots were evaluated for yield and one tissue and petiole sampling during the growing season.
