Managing Nitrogen Fertility for Cotton with Alternative Strategies in the Mississippi Delta

This oral presentation will summarize the current research at the Delta Research and ExtensionCenter with respect to nitrogen management under irrigated and rainfed conditions.  Management strategies include nitrogen sources (urea, urea-ammonium nitrate solution, and ESN (Environmentally Smart Nitrogen)), nitrogen rates, and the interactions with other products.  These are replicated field trials across years.
