The field performance of three new Monsanto cotton breeding lines and root-knot nematode resistance levels in both field and greenhouse trials were evaluated.  Cotton growth and fruiting was measured using COTMAP and other criteria, and the suitability of these lines as hosts for Meloidogyne incognita was evaluated in greenhouse as well as small plots in an Arkansas cotton field.
