Nitrogen management remains in the forefront of fertility decisions for growing cotton in the Mid-South.  As environmental concerns increase along with fertilizer costs, the need for efficient fertilizer N management becomes even more important.  Strategies for management may include alternative sources, uptake enhancers, slow-release materials, controlled-release materials and various systems to decrease N loss from volitalization and other means.  This presentation will focus on research with various products over the last several years.
