Cotton production in the Southeast can be limited by periodic drought.  Furrow diking has shown benefit in capturing rainfall and stabilizing non-irrigated yield as well as improving irrigated yields.  The presentation will include discussion about the economic benefit of irrigation rates and tillage methods for cotton produced in Southwest Georgia during 2005-2010.
