Potassium (
K) is essential in the growth and development of the cotton plant. Several studies showed that
genotypes have different sensitivity to K, but no attempts have been made to explain whether this sensitivity is due to differences in K uptake and utilization. The aim of this study was to analyze the genotypic variations of cotton in K uptake and utilization.
