Genetic Analysis of AFLP Markers Associated with Seed Quality Traits in Upland Cotton (Gossypium hirsutum)

Seed oil and protein content were determined in an array of genotypes. These lines were also subjected to AFLP analysis. Several QTL for these seed traits were identified.
