Uptake and allocation of both macronutrients and micronutrients are vital in the productivity and nutritional status of cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.). Results of this study show evidence that macronutrients and micronutrients uptake and partitioning have changed in modern cultivars, and balanced crop nutrition based on these changes is one of the best ways to optimize cotton health and yields.
