Effects of Plant Density on Thrips Injury to Cotton

During the 2020 growing season, experiments were conducted in West Tennessee to evaluate the impacts of cotton plant density on thrips injury to cotton. Treatments were different plant densities planted on 96.5 cm row centers. Thrips densities were sampled at the second true leaf stage, and thrips injury ratings were made at the second and fourth true leaf stage. We also collected plant biomass, height, and yield data.
