Update on U.S. Ag Policy

The implementation of the 2018 Farm Bill is progressing, and the appropriation process also has ramifications for the impact of U.S. agricultural policy on U.S. cotton producers in the coming year.  In addition, U.S. trade policy developments, and agricultural policy developments spinning off from international economic diplomacy, will be important factors during the rest of 2019/20 and into 2020/21.
