This research looks at the influence of tarnished plant bugs as a potential cause of damaged and aborted terminals noted in seedling cotton. With Palmer amaranth a favorable host of the tarnished plant bug, investigations into the influence of weed management systems were conducted to determine its influence on the occurrence of damaged terminals.
