Penthiopyrad – a new fungicide of cottonseed treatment will be introduced. This compound has already registered and used in sugarbeet market to control soil-borne disease caused by Rhizoctonia solani, and will be launched to cotton soon. Product properties and field trial results conducted in US for several years will be shown in this paper.
