Cotton Leafroll Dwarf Virus: 2019 Status of Genomic Variability in Cotton

The presentation will address the analysis of Cotton leaf roll dwarf isolates in cotton during 2019, with a focus on conserved and variable loci in the viral genome.

The extent of symptom variation observed in Alabama cotton in selected locations throughout the growing season, will be reported in relation to genomic variability.

Additional updates and status of the disease in Alabama and elsewhere for which data are available (US and elsewhere), will be reported.
