This presentation reports results from a number of repeated tests in the greenhouse for evaluating cotton for Fusarium wilt race 4 (FOV4) resistance. More than 2000 cotton germplasm lines have been evaluated for FOV4 resistance. Factors affecting a successful screening for FOV4 resistance will be discussed.
