Evaluation of the Strider Field Scouting Technology in Northeast Texas Cotton Production

During the 2018 cotton growing season the authors used the Strider Ag. technology field scouting platform to scout Northeast Texas cotton fields and record information with geo-referenced tablets.  At the conclusion of scouting and with an internet connection, scouting reports with visual action indicators and thresholds were available to the subscriber on the Strider website and also emailed to the scouts, supervisors, consultants, and producers.  Various product features of this technology will be presented with advantages and areas of improvement suggested.
