Monitoring Your Seed

TSGC offers Grain Trac which is monitoring from your cell phone or computer. You can turn on fans or program fans from your phone or computer and getting text alerts on hot spots. If you have plug in’s you can upgrade using the same cables they already have.

Grain Trac has a built in cell modem, so there is no need for internet at site. The cell modem has a $250 annual fee that end user pays directly to Agsense. One great advantage is you can have a few units at the same site and there will be only one $250 fee a year. The crop link/ motherboard costs $1900, it will monitor up to 10 sensor boards which cost $1000 each. A sensor board will monitor up to 8 cables or 63 thermocouples. If you have 16 cables it will use 2 sensor boards or 17-24 cables will fit on a third board and so on.

There are 4 relays included on the crop link for fans. If fans are wired to crop link, you can turn on fans from your smart phone or computer. It is quite easy to program fans as well.

Grain Trac will send a text to notify up to 10 people if there is a hot spot. From your computer where you can monitor as well, sets the parameters that you want as far as high or low temperatures. Sensors out of the seed can easily be deselected on your computer so you don’t get notified on the sensors but will still see the temps.
