Field collections of Lygus lineolaris (Palisot de Beauvois), the tarnished plant bug, were made from wild host plants throughout the year. Several collections a week were made across the Delta region of Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi for three years: from June of 2014 through the summer of 2017. Collection locations were georeferenced, and host plant information was recorded in addition to population structure.
