Fungal endophytes can mediate resistance to insect pests in cotton and other crops. This talk will present recent evidence supporting endophyte-mediated anti-herbivore effects on plant defensive volatile organic compound emissions, phytohormone signaling, and disruption of hemipteran feeding behavior.
