Thrips infestations on 1-leaf cotton were quantified in commercial cotton fields during 2016 and 2017. In total 59 fields were sampled in 2016 and 177 fields were sampled in 2017. Tillage practice was noted for each field. Data will be summarized to illustrate the impact of planting date and tillage on thrips infestations.
