As part of its program of continuous product innovation and improvement, Lummus Corporation evaluated both new products and product improvements in various ginning locations across the Cotton Belt.  This presentation will provide an overview of the tests performed and the results obtained.  In an ever-changing industry, our responses to new challenges (smaller-seed cultivars, need for higher capacity and efficiency, an ever-shrinking experienced labor force, etc.) will put us on a platform to offer the ginning industry not only better products, but also cost-effective options for product modifications to improve performance and profitability.
