This study examines the spatial distribution of seedling disease pressure caused by Thielaviopsis basicola, Rhizoctonia solani, Fusarium spp., and Pythium spp. and the soil factors that spatially correlate to seedling disease pressure within fields. This information is useful for predicting areas of fields with high seedling disease potential in order to preemptively site-specific manage for disease.
