Variation in Tobacco Thrips Infestations in Different Cotton Varieties

Tobacco thrips infestations in seedling cotton were measured in eight different varieties.  Several varieties had significantly lower numbers of tobacco thrips in untreated plots compared to the other varieties indicating there may be some resistance to this pest.
