This oral presentation will review the first 12 years of research in Mississippi's Centennial Rotation located at the Delta Research and Extension Center.  The study, initated in 2004, to commemorate the 100 years anniversary of the establishment of the experiment station at Stoneville, MS.  The study includes four rotation systems compared to continuous cotton and a corn/soybean system.  The rotations systems are 2- , 3- or 4-year systems that have completed 6, 4, or 3 cycles.  Each component of each rotation appears each year with four replications and four subsamples.  This presentation will summarize yields, nuutrient uptake and nutrient removal.
