Value of Neonicotinoids in Mid-South Cotton

An experiment was conducted at the Delta Research and Extension Center in Stoneville, MS to quantify the value of neonicotinoid insecticides in cotton.  Treatments included cotton grown without the use of any neonicotinoids compred to cotton grown with the use of neonicotinoid insecticides and cotton grown with the use of neonicotinoids and sulfoxaflor. Results, including a complete economic analysis, will be discussed.
