Preliminary Screening of Gossypium SPP. Germplasm Lines Against Different Salt Concentrations

Using the hydroponic technique, 150 day neutral primitive cotton germplasm lines were screened at three different salt levels (0, 125mmol and 250mmol). The seedlings were harvested at 14 days after final salt treatments. The growth parameters such as plant height, root length, fresh shoot and root weight, dry shoot and root weight were measured.
