With production input costs ever increasing, it is important for producers to make the most efficient use of all the inputs utilized.  This study addresses how irrigation, seeding rates, and nitrogen fertility affected cotton lint yield and fiber quality production.  Both irrigation and nitrogen fertility impacted the amount of the lint produced.  Irrigated cotton was also more effective in utilizing the nitrogen fertilization than dryland cotton.  Cotton producers may be able to use this data to more efficiently utilize their seed, irrigation and nitrogen fertilizer inputs.
