Macronutrient Preference and Effect on Performance in Lygus Hesperus (Heteroptera: Miridae)

This study looks at the nutritional preferences and requirements of Lygus hersperus. A choice and no-choice study were done to determine the proportion of protein and carbohydrates (P:C) Lygus adults regulate for, and how they perform on diets with a suboptimal P:C.
