A new model Down-Packing Press (Chieftain) has been introduced to the market by Cherokee Fabrication Company, Inc. of Salem Alabama. The press was installed in North Carolina and tested during the 2013 season. This new press has some innovations that make it a reliable and efficeint press to operate.
