Since 2009 plant bug, Lygus lineolarus, populations have beenextremely high and currently labeled insecticides are not providing the level of control that is needed to reduce plant bug numbers below economic thresholds witsingle product applicationsPremixes and tank mixes have consistently improved control and have proven to be the only way to achieve effective control of plant bugs.  Trials from the 2009 - 2012 growing season were compiled to evaluate the control of an insecticide mix provides over a single product treatment.
