Glyphosate and Glufosinate Application Timing for GlytolŪ + Liberty LinkŪ Systems

Amaranth species still prove to be the most difficult weed species to effectively control in cotton production systems in the Mid-South. Glytol® + Liberty Link® technology utilization has increased in this area of the United States cotton belt due to its effectiveness in controlling these weeds. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine efficacy of glyphosate and glufosinate herbicides when applied alone, tank mixed, and in sequential applications postemergence in a Glytol® + Liberty Link® cotton system.
