Look, "No Hands" Unwrapping: Automatic Wrap Removal

A new round module unwrapping system by Advanced Sensing and Controls takes advantage of best of electromechanical and signal processing/robotics to unwrap and remove the cover without operator assistance.
The system feeds the module horizontally. A cut is performed under the module, avoiding the tail.
Following the release of the wrap from under the module, a motorized "head" grabs the plastic and dumps it at the side of the bed (for packing).  It is all performed without any operator assistance.
