The effectiveness of herbicide programs for controlling glyphosate-resistant Palmer amaranth and morningglories in Enlist™ cotton in the Midsouth will be discussed. The value of preemergence herbicides in providing weed control will be examined. Emphasis will be placed on programs that minimize the risks of resistance evolving to 2,4-D.
