Controlled Release Nitrogen Fertilizers for Cotton Production in Missouri, How Do They Perform in Small Plot and Field Scale Trials?

2010: We have been working with two controlled release nitrogen products, 1 granular ESN ( Agrium, Inc)  the other 2 liquid, Nfusion (Georgia Pacific, Inc).  These two products were used as one application pre-plant nitrogen sources.  They were compared to tradition fertilizers with split applications.  We have 3 site years of data. 

2011: we continued the small plot evaluations begun in 2010.  This year we began field scale strip trials on commercial cotton fields in three locations in Missouri.
