Potential for Southern Green Stink Bug Nymphs to Acquire An Opportunistic Cotton Pathogen

Previously, we showed that adult Nezara viridula can acquire and transmit cotton pathogens resulting in complete rot of insect pierced/probed locks.  Here we examined how early in the insect’s development they are capable of acquiring a bacterial cotton pathogen.
