Cotton varieties have been evaluated for differences in damage from tarnished plant bugs in small 2 row plots. Varieties showing low damage were evaluated in large, 24 row by 100 foot plots to determine if damage remained low in large plots. Data presented shows that resistance in ultra small plots does translate to large plots and should also translate to growers fields.
