Saflufenacil , trade name Sharpen,  a new broadleaf herbicide; was evaluated in the Southern Rolling Plains of Texas at five locations as a cotton harvest aid.  The product was evaluated at different rates  and with other harvest aid products.  It was compared to other herbicides with the same mode of action including Aim, ET, and Blizzard.  Plots were evaluated for leaf drop, leaf dessication, and regrowth.
