A microplot study was conducted with a three year rotation scheme utilizing all the possible combinations of a susceptible (FiberMax 9058F) and a resistant (Stoneville 4554B2F) cultivar to investigate the effect of cultivar selection on Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectum inoculum density in soil and wilt development in cotton.
