TwinLink represents the most recent introduction of pyramided Cry proteins (Cry1Ab + Cry2Ae) into cotton IPM.  Bayer CropScience will be introducing these Bt cotton traits combined with a unique herbicide-resistant system in FiberMax and Stoneville cotton cultivars.  These Bt traits have been evaluated in the Mid-South U.S. for several years against a complex of common caterpillar pests in cotton.  This report will briefly summarize the efficacy of TwinLink and discuss opportunities to integrate this technology into the currect use strategies of transgenic cotton products.
