This paper will describe laboratory-based bioassays conducted for monitoring of susceptibility of Helicoverpa zea, Heliothis zea and Pectinophora gossypiella to Cry1Ac and Cry2Ab during the 2009 season.  Collections were tested from throughout the Cotton Belt.  Additionally, preliminary results of the 2010 season will be discussed, including testing of two strains in areas with very heavy egg deposition and survival on Bt cotton.
