Helicoverpa zea larvae were collected from Bt corn at four locations in Arkansas and exposed to Cry1Ac in a meridic diet.   Survivors were inbred with individuals from the same field site or crossed with LabZA, a Bt susceptible colony at the University of Arkansas.   Observations were made on reproductive rates, survival on Cry1Ac diet and survival to pupation on conventional, Bollgard and Bollgard II cotton.
