Bollworm/Tobacco Budworm Abundance in Pheromone Traps During the Past Twenty-Four Years in Northwest Louisiana

Populations of the bollworm, Helicoverpa zea, and the tobacco budworm, Heliothis virescens, were monitored with pheromone-baited wire cone traps from 1986 to 2009 on the Red River Research Station. Data will be presented on population variation and changes observed during the sampling period for the months of May through August.
