Cotton Insect Losses - 2009

Cotton pest losses have been reported since 1979.  2009 losses are summarized from information collected by cotton entomologists from across the belt and presented.  Summaries giving estimated losses to individual pests and to acres infested are given on a state by state as well as national basis.  Management tactics, i.e. transgenic technologies, are are also mapped.
