The oraganic acids of the liquid endosperm of G. arboreum, G. hirsutum and G. barbadense as determined by HPLC will be reported. This project was initiated to determne if the South Carolina seed rot phenomenon affected the organic acids of the endosperm. This result will also be reproted.
