Impacts of a perennial grass rotation with cotton and peanut as compared to cotton/peanut rotations will be shown.  Conservation tillage and cover crops are used in both systems and impacts of those systems on cotton growth and development; plant growth and yield will be summarized.  Perennial grass in cropping systems makes a major impact on cotton growth and development and has implications on soil quality that impacts cotton growth and other crops in the system.
