Fatty acid methyl ester (FAME) analysis was used to determine the applicability of differentiating among five ratios of Rotylenchulus reniformis and Meloidogyne incognita.  Ratios were developed containing both 5000 and 500 total individuals.  Differences were observed among 95% of the comparisons.
