Hero: A New Generation Pyrethroid from FMC

Hero EC is a new pyrethorid insecticide from FMC. By combining two pyrethriods which target the same active site but in different ways, FMC was able to develop a new pyrethriod that has quick down, long residual and improved saftey compared to other pyrehtriods. This talk will highlight the technology behind Hero, as well as, 2007 efficacy from the southern United States cotton region.
