Advanced Sensing and Controls has developed and tested an upgrade for a roller gin capable of doubling its throughput.

The design includes provisions which will maintain the operational conditions of the rollers and will maintain fiber qualities.

The upgrade were operated in two CA gins (Buttonwillow and Island Gin) achieving production rate of better than 3.5 bph per stand.

The upgrade kits are available for both Lummus and Continental stands.
